Nous commencerons notre matinée par un cacao cérémoniel, suivi d'une danse extatique avec DJ Kevin Olsen, d'un travail respiratoire guidé et d'un rituel somatique avec notre fondatrice Joanie Roy, et bien sûr d'un délicieux brunch festif et convivial.
Cet espace sobre vous permettra de vous remémorer la sensation d'être pleinement présent. Respiration, connexion, rythme et joie authentique. Vous repartirez vivant, dynamique et profondément ancré dans votre corps. Une célébration de la vie, de l’été et du bonheur!

We’ll start our morning with a ceremonial cacao, followed by ecstatic dancing with DJ Kevin Olsen, guided breathwork and somatic ritual with our Founder Joanie Roy, and of course, a delicious and festive community-style brunch.
This is a sober environment where you’ll remember what it feels like to be fully here. High on breath, connection, rhythm, and real joy. You’ll leave feeling alive, vibrant, and deeply rooted in your body. A celebration of life, summer & true happiness.
Please note that this event is hosted in English & French.
Children 10 years or younger are more than welcome to attend and must participate. Please select the appropriate ticket for your child at checkout.
